Hide AdYou can take courses in trampolining (3-13s), synchronised swimming (8+), which is a combination of ballet and gymnastics in water, snorkelling (8-11s), and fencing (8+). Trampoling and fencing is also being offered at Bourne Leisure Centre, Southbourne, as well as racquet sport sessions including table tennis, tennis, short tennis and badminton.
Walk on water in the thrilling Waterwalkerz – like human hamster balls on water - in the pool at Westgate Leisure Centre, Chichester, on Wednesdays through holidays, 4.30-6pm, £3 per ride. Single ride lasts five mins.

There are fun swim sessions, too at Westgate for 11s, on Tuesdays, 9.45-10.30am, and Thursdays, 1.45-2.30pm, withgigantic aqua inflatable. £1.90 member, £2.55 nonmember.
