Drivers faced delays after a crash closed part of the M27

The A27 is blocked eastbound near Chichester after a collision.

Highways England said the A27 between A259 Emsworth and A259 Chichester is blocked following a road traffic accident, with reports it involves a car and a horse.

One lane is blocked, causing heavy, queuing traffic.
