The assessors were a group of volunteers from the Elmer Beach Estate who gave up their time to sift through the colourful scenes.
Parents were given the chance to buy packs of their children's cards. They were professionally printed by Bognor Regis firm Dragonfly Design and Printing.
The company and the school in Pennyfields donated prizes for the competition's winners.
