A Vulcan has roared overhead at Goodwood's Festival of Speed this afternoon (Saturday, 13).

The Vulcan a jet-powered delta wing strategic bomber, operated by the Royal Air Force from 1956 until 1984.

Crowds at the festival sought the open space by Goodwood House to catch a glimpse of the famous aeroplane.

This afternoon’s action will see a 20th anniversary parade, with some of the most outstanding cars Goodwood has seen over the last two decades, including Soapboxes and Wacky Races.
