Fire in Brougham Road, Worthing
Firefighters were called at 12.45pm on Sunday, May 9, and spent more than an hour at the scene.
A man was taken to hospital suffering with smoke inhilation.

Hide AdSix firefighters wore breathing apparatus to fight the blaze.
A fifth of the roof was destroyed in the fire, and damaged areas were cut away after hot-spots were identified using thermal imaging cameras.
The incident is being investigation.
