Have you seen this missing Chichester man?
Police have raised concerns for a man who has gone missing from Chichester.
42-year-old Helio Noguaira has been reported missing and police have issued a description of the man as officer search for him.
In a statement Sussex Police: “We are still searching for Helio Nogueira, 42, reported missing from #Chichester on November 4.
“Helio may have left the area and may be sleeping rough. He is known to frequent communal areas with free Wi-Fi.
“If you see Helio, please dial 999 quoting serial 387 of 04/11.”
