Eastbourne lifeboat launched to '˜object in water' in Bexhill

A lifeboat has been launched in Eastbourne this evening to reports of an '˜object in the water' in Bexhill.

A spokesman for Eastbourne RNLI said its volunteer crew had been paged to the object, which is reportedly in the Cooden Beach area.
