Brighton remain six points above of 18th placed Fulham with eight matches to play and a draw or better against Carlo Ancelotti's men would move Albion above 15th placed Burnley, who lost 2-1 to Newcastle yesterday.
Head coach Graham Potter will have to decide if defenders Adam Webster (ankle) and Dan Burn (hamstring) are fit enough for action as they continue their recoveries from injuries.
If Burn plays, it could be a change of role Poland international Jakub Moder, who has been operating on the left flank.
