In Bolney, Kay Hall, of The Coach House, was way ahead of the game. She had been doing yoga for years before Olivia encouraged us all to get Physical.

Hide AdThese pictures were published in the Mid Sussex Times on August 22 1980 and show Kay and her friends exploring “the path to tranquillity”.
Kay said: “The human system can very much be compared with that of a motor vehicle – get it finely tuned and it will run to perfection without giving any trouble in many a long year.
“Treat it badly and it will break down on you.”
Considering Kay was heading for retirement age when the article was published, she could certainly put some of the younger generation to shame when it came to keeping in shape.
